Joshua Smith is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Twin Communities. Joshua is responsible for sourcing acquisitions through custom multi-channel marketing and broker relationships. He also oversees investor relations and shares operations duties.
Joshua has a decade of real estate experience in both multifamily and mobile home park spaces, having acquired, operated and optimized properties nationwide, primarily on the East Coast.
Joshua holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Born and raised in Colorado, Joshua is an avid skier, fly fisherman and musician.
Aaron Smith is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Twin Communities. Aaron is responsible for underwriting deals that come into the pipeline, managing operational turnarounds, automating operations and lender coordination and communication.
Aaron has a decade of real estate experience in both multifamily and mobile home park spaces, having acquired, operated and optimized properties nationwide, primarily on the East Coast.
Aaron holds a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Architectural Engineering.
Aaron enjoys cross country skiing and hiking whenever possible.
